Alwinrex: Please explain your personal social activities?
Prayer Prince: Insofar as the social activities are concerned, during the rainy session when the agriculturists suffered loss of crops due to of natural calamities. I used to do helpful things by having the government officials to take necessary action for their welfare, and help the poor by educating them by way of approaching government officials; and keep pointing out their legal rights for receiving economic benefits of government schemes. and also guide them for higher studies.
Alwinrex: Tell us about the highest ranks and medals you have received?
Prayer Prince: Initially I held the post of the Indian national congress student wing state executive at the age of 19; At age 21 I served a state secretary of students wing, and at age 29 I served as the president of Youth Congress Assembly I also held the post of President of NSUI (National Student Union of India) due to the inspiration of freedom fighters for the growth of Indian economy by way of Congress party's administration.
I have been awarded many awards from several private sector organizations in appreciation of my social activities.
Alwinrex: What would you like to say about your bitter experience in law even though you where a brilliant lawyer?
Prayer Prince: There was a bitter experience in my career when there was a public pathway resulting in a constructed a wall by a stranger by from which the public seriously suffered. The police registered a case and investigated the matter. The police produced all the investigated reports before the court. At that time hearing, the prosecution failed to produce the proper documents such as revenue tax receipt, vat, and damaged property validation by an expert. Furthermore, the prosecution failed to prove the means by which the constructed wall was demolished and the prosecution failed to prove the claimant’s rights. The Honorable Judge held that the constructed wall had been demolished and a sanction was imposed on the accused: In fact, the case might have been dismissed since the prosecution failed to prove any claimant rights
Alwinrex:: Do you think it's best to be loyal to clients who rely on you for justice and legal needs?
Prayer Prince: As pert of the Advocate Act, once the fees are received from the client secret matters should not be exposed at any stage. This is because this is the prime-duty of an Advocate and should not address anything against the client This is the standard of professional ethics and I never violate these ethical standards.
Alwinrex: What is your view on Indian constitution?
Prayer Prince: In my view, the Indian constitution is one of the most popular in the world.. It has been drafted in the constitutions of seven countries. The Act enacted in the parliament is that if paid 200 Indian rupees (USD 2.5) an individual fundamental right can be re-established in case of violation. Again, this is decentralization through executive and judicial legislation.
Alwinrex: If you were offered the opportunity to provide legal advice to foreign nationals, would you accept it?
Prayer Prince: Yes. Of course, with respect to Indian laws if legal assistance is required I will do that to the best of my knowledge any time.
Alwinrex: What is your opinion about the IPC, CRPC, and EVIDENCE Act of the Indian government?
Prayer Prince: For my part, there is no need to rectify it because the CRPC Act came into force in 1973. Also the Indian Parliament EVIDENCE Act is reasonable and the filling time has been extended to fifteen days from one day. The remand period has been extended to be sixty days from fifteen days. There is a session confirming that English is basic language for the formation of law according to the Constitution, but Sanskrit and some others languages may be used to forming of new law. The police have been given much power to file cases against the public for violation of these guidelines
